Once upon a time, in a bright, sunny forest filled with tall green trees and colorful flowers, there lived a small, curious squirrel named Nibbles. Nibbles was the fluffiest and bounciest squirrel in the entire forest. He loved exploring every nook and cranny, climbing high and jumping from branch to branch with his fluffy tail waving behind him.
One bright morning, while Nibbles was munching on a crunchy acorn, he heard something he had never heard before—a gentle singing. The sound was sweet and inviting, floating through the air like a soft breeze. Intrigued, Nibbles decided to find out who or what was making such a lovely tune.

But most enchanting of all was the singer—a little Frog named Lily. She sat on a big, flat leaf near the middle of the pond, her eyes closed, singing her heart out.
Nibbles, wanting to hear the song better, carefully tiptoed to the edge of the pond. Lily opened her eyes and spotted him. “Hello there!” she croaked cheerfully. “Did you like my song?”
Nibbles nodded delightedly. “Oh yes! I have never heard anything so lovely before!”
“Would you like to join me?” Lily invited, giving Nibbles a friendly smile.
Nibbles hesitated. “But I can’t sing like you can, Lily,” he replied, nibbling his acorn nervously.
“That’s okay!” Lily said. “You can clap your paws, or jump and spin around. We can make music together in any way you like!”
Reassured by her kindness, Nibbles decided to try. He clapped his small paws along with her song, and then he began to bounce around joyfully, his bushy tail wagging in time with the rhythm. Together, they created a delightful harmony, each sound complementing the other.
From then on, every day, Nibbles would rush to the pond to meet Lily, and together they would fill the forest with their cheerful duet. The trees swayed to their melody, and the flowers seemed to bloom brighter as if applauding their creativity.
One day, as the forest glowed under the golden sunset, Nibbles brought a special gift for Lily—a necklace made from the forest’s tiniest pine cones strung together with grass. “For you, my dear friend, who sings like the wind,” Nibbles said with affection.
Lily was thrilled. She slipped it over her green head and smiled brightly. “Thank you, Nibbles! I will treasure it always.”
And so, with the sun setting over the forest and their friendship stronger than ever, Nibbles and Lily sang one last blissful tune for the day, surrounded by the beauty of nature and the warmth of companionship.
