Once upon a time, in a land of bright colors and soft clouds, there was a little cloud called Puffy. Puffy lived high above everyone else, drifting happily through the sky. He wasn’t the fluffiest cloud or the biggest one, just a small, round puff that liked to explore.
Puffy’s favorite part of the day was morning. As the sun rose, painting the world with its golden light, Puffy would bounce from one end of the sky to the other, playing hide and seek with birds flying by. He loved to peek down at the world below, where fields of flowers and gentle hills stretched far into the distance.
One day, as Puffy was lazily floating above a sprawling meadow, he noticed something unusual. Down on the green grass sat a lonely rabbit, looking up at the sky with sad eyes. Puffy couldn’t help but feel curious.
“Why’s that little bunny looking so blue on such a sunny day?” Puffy thought.
Being cloud kind of full of warmth, he decided to dip a bit lower than usual, just enough to call out to the rabbit without scaring him.
“Hello there!” Puffy called softly, as gentle as a breeze. “Why are you looking so down?”
The rabbit looked up, surprise lighting up in his big, round eyes. “Oh! Hello, cloud! My name is Benny. I’m sad because all my friends have hidden away in their burrows, and I feel alone,” Benny explained with a little sigh.
Puffy felt a wave of fluffy sympathy. “Well, Benny the bunny, how about I introduce you to some new friends?”
Benny’s ears perked up with interest. “New friends? Really?”
“Sure thing! Follow me,” Puffy said excitedly.
Puffy gently floated along, creating playful cloud shapes like flowers and butterflies in the sky to amuse Benny as they traveled to the other side of the meadow. There, hopping around with tails wagging, were dozens of other bunnies playing a game of tag. Benny blinked in amazement.
“Wow! There’re so many of them!” Benny gasped. “I never knew there were more bunnies over here.”
Puffy chuckled, his soft body vibrating into a light sprinkle of refreshing mist, which the bunnies loved as it cooled them off during their game.
“Go on, jump in! Say hello,” encouraged Puffy with a gentle nudge.
Gathering his courage, Benny took a deep breath and bounced over. “Hi! I’m Benny! Can I play too?”
“Of course!” chirped a brown bunny, who was busy counting for the game of tag. “The more, the merrier!”
And just like that, Benny was surrounded by new pals, hopping and laughing under the bright, sunny sky. Puffy watched from above, feeling all warm and cozy inside. He had made someone smile, and that made his day.
As the sun slowly set, painting the sky with soft pink and orange hues, Benny waved up at the fluffy cloud. “Thank you, Puffy! You’re the best cloud friend ever,” shouted Benny, his voice full of joy.
Puffy gave one last big, happy puff of mist, creating a tiny rainbow above the bunnies. “Anytime, Benny,” he said silently, as he drifted away for his evening journey.
And so, from that day on, Benny never felt alone again. Puffy, too, felt his heart full of happiness knowing he’d made a difference, floating through the sky, ready for adventures and new friends each day.
And up in the sky, under the stars and tiny twinkling lights, Puffy the little cloud continued to drift ever gently, smiling at all the happy scenes below him.
