Once upon a time, in a land filled with sugar mountains and candy rivers, there lived a tiny gummy bear named Benny. Benny was a bright orange color and loved making friends in the sweet land of Candyville. Every afternoon, he would bounce over to the marshmallow meadow where all his sugary pals gathered.
Benny’s best friends were Tilly the Taffy and Sam the Lollipop. Tilly was stretchy and loved to make everyone laugh by twisting herself into funny shapes. Sam, tall and shiny, often used his big round head like a rainbow umbrella when it rained lemon drops.
One sunny morning, Benny woke up to find a note near his gumdrop doorstep. It was from the great Cotton Candy Cloud! It floated in the sky and wrote, “Dear Benny, come visit and we’ll have a cloud picnic!” Benny was thrilled and hurried to tell Tilly and Sam.
“Let’s build a jelly ladder to the sky!” suggested Sam. All three friends gathered heaps of wobbly red jelly, and in no time, they made a bouncy ladder reaching to the clouds. Laughing and giggling, they climbed up, feeling like they were on the sweetest adventure ever.
Once they reached the fluffy Cotton Candy Cloud, they found a picnic spread of sparkling sugar cookies, fizzy sherbet drinks, and cream-filled cupcake mountains. The friends enjoyed their picnic, munching and sharing all their favorite treats. Benny delighted in trying every sparkling sugar crystal he could find.
Suddenly, a gentle breeze swayed the cloud, and Benny giggled as he bounced like a gummy trampoline. Tilly stretched herself across the cloud like a hammock, and Sam used his lollipop stick to tap a melody that played through the sky like the sweetest song.
As the sun began to set, painting the sky with blueberry and grape jam colors, the friends knew it was time to climb back down the jelly ladder. Benny thanked the Cotton Candy Cloud for a magical day, and the cloud promised more picnics in the future.
Back at Benny’s candy house, they talked about their favorite parts of the day, agreeing that every candy creature should visit the Cotton Candy Cloud at least once. Feeling sleepy and full of sweet dreams, Benny tucked into his licorice bed.
And so, Benny the gummy bear, Tilly the Taffy, and Sam the Lollipop drifted into slumber, dreaming of more sugary adventures in the land of Candyville. With their hearts as sweet as the land they lived in, they knew the next day would bring new surprises and delicious fun.
