Ellie had big, floppy ears and a cheerful trunk that liked to wiggle. Ellie paused. She hadn’t thought about the way. “No, I thought I’d just follow the colors in the sky.”
Oliver chuckled, “The colors love to dance around. Perhaps you should follow the giggling brook instead; it will lead you straight there.”
“Thank you, Oliver!” Ellie trumpeted joyfully and continued her journey, staying close to the playful brook that splashed and sang beside her.
As she reached the meadow, she was greeted by a magical sight. The rainbow danced across the sky, and animals from all over the forest had gathered. There were bunnies playing hopscotch with ladybugs, bears eating honey biscuits, and deer decorating trees with colorful ribbons.
